Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Some remote postcodes, the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may not be covered or may carry a surcharge. Email contact@fenceway.co.uk for a quote before ordering.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged separately from the product price and is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size and weight of your order. You will always see the full delivery cost before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days. Typical delivery is 2 to 5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and the size of the order. Larger fencing orders sent on pallets can take longer, and we will let you know if that applies to your order. Delivery timescales are estimates rather than guarantees.

Local delivery

For many addresses in the West Midlands we deliver on our own vehicles with our own team. This is usually quicker and lets us handle bulky fencing more carefully than a general courier.

Receiving your delivery

Please make sure the delivery address and contact details on your order are correct, that there is suitable access for a van or, on larger orders, a pallet vehicle, and that someone is available to receive and check the goods.

Pallet deliveries are kerbside. The driver is not able to carry goods into gardens or around properties, so please have help available to move heavy items. If a delivery cannot be completed because of access problems or nobody being available, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Checking your order

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives and report any shortages, damage or defects within 48 hours to contact@fenceway.co.uk, with photographs where possible.
